| How do I get my new faceplate on? |
| Since there are so many different types of cell phones, the method to attach each faceplate varies. Most new phone models have snap-on faceplates. The faceplate simply snaps on right over your phone. Older model cell phones require a special tool. We suggest you bring it to a cell phone cart and ask for their assistance. These cell phone carts sell all types of cell phone faceplates and they are in every mall. Do not bring it to a Cingular, T-Mobile, Sprint, or Verizon, they may not attach the faceplates for you. Instructions are not included unless stated. |

| What is the difference between Faceplates Snap-On & Faceplates |
| Faceplates require installation and you only receive the front and back battery cover/battery. Snap-On Faceplates covers the entire phone and it just snaps right over you existing phone. We design the Snap-On Faceplates for a perfect fit. There is no installation required for Snap-On Faceplates. |

| Do the crystals stay on? |
| Yes. We have a customized bonding process that insures maximum hold. Each crystal is handset with the highest quality adhesive. However, over time and use, a crystal may fall off. Although this happens infrequently, we include extra crystals with each fully crystallized custom faceplate that can be attached with any clear drying glue.(Extra crystals will not be included with products under $49.95) In addition, we offer 6 months warranty for any crystals that come off. |

| What is your return & Cancellation policy? |
| Returns and Exchanges: Due to the fact that all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. Please be certain of the make, model number,crystal colors, desgin, etc.. of your faceplate before placing an order. If your order arrives damage, you must notify us within 48 hrs for replacement. In addition, Lets Crystal It, Inc. is not responsible for improper installation. Most of our faceplates just snap right over your phone, but if you are unsure how to install your new faceplate, we suggest that you bring it to your local cell phone store. Due to the fact that all products are custom made, once an order is placed and processed, an order can not be canceled. We pride ourselves in offering only the highest quality merchandise and our customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our customer service representatives are available via email or telephone to answer any questions that you may have before placing an order. |

| Yes, when ordering please include what colors and any descriptions of what you want in the comment box on product pages. If you want a different design or color that we offer, please email us and we can accommodate all requests! |
